These double oven gloves with my woodland walk design are made from a strong, durable cotton fabric on the front and a heat proof towelling fabric on the back. On the end of the oven gloves, there is a hand pocket so you can easily handle your hot oven trays and pots. I mainly work from my studio in East London, in the UK. My background in textile design engineering means that the quality of the materials and the print are at the core of my practice. Combining bold and storytelling print designs with durable and functional textiles was the idea behind my British made kitchen textiles range. I work together with en England based textiles manufacturer who prints and makes the oven gloves to my specifications for me. Over the past few years we have developed a great business relationship and both are keen to support the economy in the UK.
