Which payment options are available?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted as well as checkout via Paypal.

Are there any special offers available?
Yes there are! By purchasing a Coaster set of 4 or 6, there is an automated discount of approx. 10%. Please choose the Mix & Match Coaster set options to receive the discount.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Your order should usually be processed within 2 working days after you submitted your order. Some products exceptionally may take longer to produce, but this should be stated on the product page. The delivery time will take an additional 2-5 working days and as soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. 

Where is my order coming from?
All products shipped from my Hackney studio in East London (United Kingdom). 

Where are the products made?
All original illustrations and designs are made in Hackney, East London (UK), where there is a striving community of designer-makers from all around the world. Here, the original illustrations, print designs and hand-printed coasters come to life. The tea towels and tote bags are made in collaboration with a UK-based manufacturer. 

I haven’t received my order yet, what should I do?
Once your have placed an order, you should receive an automated confirmation email and once your order has been shipped, you should receive a dispatch confirmation. If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 5 working days after you have placed your order, please get in touch via info@ampellegrini.com

How can I get in touch with someone?
You can get in touch via email to info@ampellegrini.com any day of the week, and I will get back to you within 24 hours or on the following working day. Please note: working days and hours generally are Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00.

Is there tracking available for my order?
Orders placed within the UK will be shipped with Royal Mail 2nd Class and there is no tracking available. International orders are dispatched with Royal Mail and then transferred to an express courier once the parcel has reached the destination country. For international orders there is tracking available. 

What is the best way to care for my products?
With each product you order, there will be adequate care information added to the parcel. In case the care information is missing or gets lost, please see below:

  • Tile Coasters: wipe gently with damp cloth or soft sponge when stained or wet, keep cork backing dry, do not soak in water, not dishwasher safe

  • Tote Bags: only wash when necessary, turn inside out for washing and ironing, wash at 30°C, do not tumble dry, iron at low heat

  • Giclee Prints: Avoid exposure to high heat and bright light sources, avoid exposure to moisture, avoid exposure to pollutants

  • Tea Towels: wash at 30°C, delicate tumble dry, steam iron at low heat, print side down, do not bleach, do not wring

Do you have a physical store?
You can find me on various designer-maker markets across London, where I usually have my whole print collection available, as well as some one-off items that can not be purchased online. Check out the Events section do find out where I will be next.

I placed an order and money has been taken from my account, but I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check if the order confirmation has landed in your Spam folder. If you have not received an order confirmation within 3 hours of placing your order, please get in touch via email info@ampellegrini.com

Which delivery couriers do you use?
Orders within the UK will be delivered with Royal Mail whereas international orders will be delivered with a local courier (DHL, Hermes, DPD etc.). 

Can I return an item?
If for any reason you should not be happy with (part of) your order, please get in touch via email first, before sending any items back. Delivery fees for returns need to be covered at your own expenses. Please get in touch within 14 days after receiving your order, to discuss the matter. If an item is returned, it needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
In case your order arrives damaged, please take some photographs of each damaged item as visual proof. Then please get in touch via info@ampellegrini.com, so together we can find a solution for your case. Please get in touch no later than 5 days after receiving your order.
