This allover digitally printed cotton tote bag is made from durable heavyweight fabric and features a vast meadow of hand-painted floral acrylic illustrations growing from one side to the other. A bee and a bumble bee are thoroughly enjoying flying from the pink zinnia, to the red cosmos and purple corn flower that are blooming against a light blue watercolour background.

The front and back of the bag show different parts of the flower meadow, so it is basically two bags in one! On the outside in the bottom right corner the signature teal colored AMPellegrini Art & Design fabric label is sewn into the hem.

The bag comes neatly folded and tissue wrapped with a small card containing washing and care instructions. Anna-Maria Pellegrini has painted all the acrylic illustrations and created the design for The Bees’ Garden in her East London Hackney-based home studio. They are based on photographs she took during visits to London’s Natural History Museum and the countryside. The bag is entirely Made in the UK - from printing to the final stitches - and then carefully wrapped, packed and dispatched by Anna-Maria.
