All of the illustrations for this stone coaster series originally have been hand painted with acrylic paint: from bright Red Campions, to sweet blue purple Blueberries and some delicate lilac Sweet Violets. Here and there you can spot a wild bee or butterfly enjoying the bright colours of the flowers. You can see the colours and details have been carefully applied with delicate brush strokes. The marble’s natural cream beige colour creates a subtle background for these woodland illustrations. This coaster set would make a lovely Christmas gift for a nature and woodland explorer.

This printed Woodland Blooms marble stone coaster set would make the ideal Christmas gift for a garden and nature lover. It adds an artistic touch to any dining and garden table especially during the spring and summer seasons. The stone coasters are quite versatile and can be used to hold your fresh cup of tea, a fizzing summer drink or even a small vase or plant pot. The marble tile the Woodland Blooms prints have been applied on, show a natural stone texture with rounded edges and a rustic finish. Their colour ranges from an off-white to a light cream beige so no two tiles are identical. The prints have been sealed with a matte tile varnish to protect the surfaces from heat, stains and water. Hot cups and mugs can be placed onto the coasters without any worries, but it is recommended to be careful with hot oven trays, pots and pans. The cork backings prevent any table surfaces from getting scratched and show the signature AMPellegrini Art & Design logo ink stamped with permanent waterproof ink.
Anna-Maria Pellegrini has painted all of the acrylic illustrations and has created the design for the Woodland Blooms tile coaster set in her East London Hackney-based home studio. The hand-printing process is also done by Anna-Maria herself. Due to the handmade nature of this product and the rustic finish of the tiles, no two coasters are exactly the same. The marble coasters are entirely Made in the UK - from sourcing the raw materials to the final print finish - and then carefully wrapped, packed and dispatched by Anna-Maria.

This printed Woodland Blooms stone coaster set comes securely tissue wrapped in a kraft paper gift box as a small parcel with an info card containing the care instructions.
The shipping fee for the coaster set of four is £4.20 for UK Standard delivery, but will increase if you add more items to your shopping cart as shipping rates depend on the weight of the products. There are several shipping options available to choose from at checkout.

Your Woodland Blooms coasters are made from a natural marble stone base with a protective varnish finish. If your coasters get stained on the top, please do the following:
wipe gently with damp cloth or soft sponge when stained or wet
keep cork backing dry, do not soak in water
not dishwasher safe
suitable for hot cups & mugs
